This co-living residential project for homeless college students and local artists is located in the low-income area in the city of Los Angeles. Based upon the existing context, the project tries to serve for the surrounding community. The project does not only fulfill the living requirement, it also functions as a community gathering space on the ground level. The prefabricated units can be organized in various ways and can be replicated according to different site conditions.
