This residential project is located in the low-income area in the city of Los Angeles. Based upon the existing context, the project looks forward to the future development of the whole area. The arrangement of the programs within the building is based upon various conditions, such as ventilation, sunlight condition, vertical circulation, etc. The atrium and irregular stairs allow the interactions between the neighbors with the balconies facing inward.
